Chris Anderson is a lifelong student of everything construction-related who has spent over 37 years building and remodeling homes — 33 years across Florida and 8 years right here in Putnam County. He founded Putnam Home Services LLC to bring honest, high-quality craftsmanship to local homeowners — the kind of work he'd want done on his own home.
From pool deck and screen room repairs to full kitchen makeovers and custom woodwork, Chris handles every project personally. He's known throughout Interlachen, Palatka, and the surrounding communities for showing up on time, communicating clearly, and finishing what he starts.
